Newfoundland and Labrador Health Services (NLHS) would like to advise that from 8:00 a.m. on September 8, 2023, to 8:00 a.m. on September 11, 2023, pediatric services at James Paton Memorial Regional Health Centre (JPMRHC) in Gander will be temporarily diverted to Central Newfoundland Regional Health Centre (CNRHC) in Grand Falls-Windsor.

Despite the diversion, if you require imminent pediatric emergency care, please proceed to the JPMRHC emergency centre for assessment, where the emergency room physician will complete the initial assessment, provide treatment, and consult/transport to CNRHC in Grand Falls-Windsor, if required.
