The Population Health Learning Series was an online event offered over three sessions in the Fall of 2022. The sessions were for community organizations and members who are interested in population health. The purpose of the learning series is to:   

• Build a shared understanding of population health and related concepts .
• Develop familiarity with health status, community needs and assets.
• Explore and find opportunities to improve population health through existing and potential partnerships using stories and examples . 
• Assess needs and topics for future workshops and education sessions to support ongoing engagement.
